Andrew Jaques is a Partner at Dentons Global Advisors and is based in the London office. He is a senior member of the firm’s capital markets advisory offer, helping clients navigate business transformations, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, capital raisings and other complex financial issues.
Mr. Jaques has more than 35 years of experience working in the financial services industry, advising boards and management teams of both listed and private companies on their corporate, financial and investor communications. He began his career as a corporate broker at global investment banks HSBC James Capel, BZW and Credit Suisse First Boston before moving into the world of corporate and financial communications in 2000 as a Partner of Hogarth, where he became CEO in 2009. When Hogarth was part of the formation of MHP Group in 2010, Mr. Jaques served as the Chief Executive and then Executive Chair of the firm’s capital markets advisory business.
Mr. Jaques is a Director of the Fragile X Society, a UK charity that helps families of those affected by Fragile X Syndrome, a genetic condition that is the most inherited cause of learning disability and the underlying cause of up to 1 in 20 cases of autism.
