Matthew (Mac) Bernstein is a partner at Dentons Global Advisors and is based in Washington, DC.
Mr. Bernstein advises and represents business, public sector and nonprofit enterprises on high-stakes, complex strategies. He regularly designs and implements collaborative solutions with government stakeholders, builds public-private partnerships and executes multidisciplinary advocacy strategies on a wide range of issues. He works closely U.S. and foreign government policymakers and local communities on international policy, sustainable development and public international law matters, and he advises and represents clients before Congress and the executive branch on an array of policy issues and government investigations.
Previously, Mr. Bernstein was a partner in DLA Piper’s Federal Law and Policy practice group. He has broad experience in foreign investment and trade, climate change, energy, environmental, judiciary, banking and financial services, housing, appropriations, tax, transportation, defense, and homeland security.
